The Chainsmokers recently popped up on unsuspecting high school seniors in Tulsa, OK, last week for a visit!

Andrew Taggart and Alex Pall, who make up the popular duo, went to Webster High School on May 16 as a surprise for the soon-to-be grads’ Senior Day assembly. The rest of the school was also invited, but the Chainsmokers had a special surprise for the Class of 2017: free tickets to their concert that night!

Andrew and Alex congratulated the students for their success, and stressed the importance of continuing their education. Then they invited the kids up to the front of the auditorium to take a group selfie!

TPS spokeswoman Emma Garrett Nelson said the visit was arranged through Get Schooled, a nonprofit organization that uses media and other creative ways to inspire kids to graduate and go to college.

This was definitely a great surprise for all of the kids, but especially the seniors as they get ready for the next phase of their lives!
