Stars like Rowan Blanchard, Daya, and so many more will speak and perform at WE Day New York!

WE Day celebrates young people making a difference all over the world, with different WE Day events happening in various cities. This is, however, the first WE Day event in the tri-state area, and will be held at Radio City Music Hall on April 6. The event will bring together 6,000 inspirational youth, speakers, and performers as they celebrate their work towards tackling social issues!

Hosted by multimedia icon, Angie Martinez, the event will definitely be a star-studded one with so many folks coming out to celebrate. In addition to Rowan and Daya, attendees include Martin Luther King III, Talib Kweli, Winnie Harlow, Buzz Aldrin, Jordan Fisher, Paula Abdul, Mia Farrow, Darren Criss & Computer Games, Skai Jackson, Jordan Smith, J.R. Martinez, Celebrity Marauders and more! They will join international activists and WE co-founders, Craig and Marc Kielburger as they give motivational speeches and amazing performances for the crowd to inspire them to continue to take action.

“WE Day is such an inspirational event—learning about the amazing initiatives my fellow peers are undertaking to support each other and help build stronger communities is exactly what gives me inspiration to try and make a difference in the world,” Daya said. “I cannot wait to attend my first ever WE Day in New York and celebrate the power of young people and the leaders of tomorrow.”

Nobody can just buy a ticket to WE Day. Students all over have to earn their spot by taking action on one local and one global cause of their choice during the previous school year. Thanks to support from The Allstate Foundation, Unilever, Walgreens, and Microsoft, thousands of students and educators are able to come together and celebrate their hard work!
