Interior designer and TV personality Nate Berkus is hosting a charity auction on eBay to benefit the American Brain Tumor Association (ABTA)!

According to PR Newswire, Nate will auction off almost 60 of his own personal home and fashion pieces on eBay, with all proceeds going to the ABTA.  From March 31 through April 10, shoppers will be able to access the items online to place bids for the organization.  Items that will be available include Lanvin Parfums prints, Prada gloves and rare antique textiles. The auction will also feature the ability to bid on a video design chat and the chance to receive home design and style advice from Nate himself!

“We are grateful and inspired to have Nate Berkus and eBay for Charity lend their powerful brands to help further our on-going efforts to raise awareness and funds for the brain tumor cause,” said Elizabeth Wilson, president and CEO, American Brain Tumor Association.

Sadly, Nate lost his father because of a brain tumor, but this is a great way to honor his legacy!

  1. I just think Nate is great and I love that he is doing this and helping to raise money. This is near to me as I lost one of my best friends to a brain tumor a couple years ago so anything we can do to help them will help with their cause.

  2. This is definitely such a wonderful cause for him to stand behind. I think it is important for regular people to see that celebrities stand behind important causes like this one as well.
