Justin Bieber, Halle Berry, and more are set to participate in the launch of Think It Up, a new initiative to help improve education in America!
According to PEOPLE, stars like Halle, Jennifer Garner, Seth Meyers, Julie Chen, and Terry Crews will participate in the launch, set to be televised next week. Justin and Kacey Musgraves.
Think It Up falls under the Entertainment Industry Foundation (EIF) (which also launched Stand Up to Cancer). The program will encourage public middle and high school students to work with their teachers to create projects that they’re passionate about. Teachers can then post the project proposals to thinkitup.org, where supporters can contribute funds directly to individual projects. The launch of the initiative will be broadcast next week on Sept. 11 simultaneously on ABC, CBS, Fox, and NBC.
This launch has already garnered support from a long list of celebs, in addition to the ones mentioned, including Ryan Seacrest, Gwyneth Paltrow, Scarlett Johansson, Stephen Colbert, Matthew McConaughey, Kristen Bell, Jessica Williams and Jeremy Renner.
This initiative is definitely an incredible idea! It will encourage these students to think outside of the box and get their creative juices flowing, and hopefully show them that anything is possible with hard work, determination, and a dream! It’s awesome that so many celebrities are going to be a part!
