Sting is ready to rock the stage! The legendary singer is set to perform ten concerts to benefit New York’s Public Theater.

Sting will be playing TEN, yes I said it, TEN shows at the Anspacher Theater in Manhattan from September 25th to October 9th. And yes, Sting will be performing songs from The Last Ship, his first album of new tracks in 10 years.

Artistic director Oskar Eustis said of the shows, “Sting is one of the great artists of our time, a brilliant songwriter who is also a model of activist commitment. The Last Ship is shaping up to be a masterpiece, both an elegy for and a celebration of the working class life of the Newcastle shipyards. The Public is honored to call Sting a friend and thrilled to be hosting these benefit concerts.”

If you are in Sting’s fan club, you are able to get FREE tickets (limited amount only) and 100 fans will get to get festive with Sting on October 2nd in celebration of his birthday!

This isn’t too surprising, Sting always seems to like giving back.
