Snooki just had her baby back in August, but as of January girlfriend already is back to her regular weight of 109 pounds. So how did Snooki get back to her pre-baby weight so quick?
Well, the reality television star credits eating healthy food and working out with a trainer daily. Now even though not all of us can afford to work with a personal trainer daily, Snooki believes that any mama can do it!
Speaking on Monday’s The Dr Oz Show, she explained, “If I can lose 42lbs after giving birth six months [ago], I mean, anybody could do it. You just need the dedication, and you need to want to have your body back.”
And even though she works with a trainer, she says that she doesn’t consider herself a big star and doesn’t have special access to weight loss plans like some celebrities do.
“I don’t consider myself to be, like, a ‘celebrity mom’,” she admitted. “I don’t even consider myself famous. I just think I’m well known. And I’m very relatable, I feel. And I’m just a normal girl doing normal things.”
