A big congratulations is in order for golfer Stacy Lewis as she shot an 8-under 64 to win the RR Donnelley LPGA Founders Cup. With the win, Stacy becomes the #1-ranked woman golfer in the world, overtaking Yani Tseng who held that spot for 109 weeks. It was a come from behind win that had the crowd excited. Stacy’s drama-filled performance of 9 birdies, including 4 straight down the stretch, resulted in a 3-shot, 23-under victory. It’s the latest chapter in Stacy’s incredible story of overcoming adversity to become the best in the world.

To celebrate this inspiring achievement—and help inspire the next generation—KPMG’s Family for Literacy is donating 5,000 new books and refurbishing the library at Longview Elementary School in Phoenix.

And we invite you to join us. Make a donation directly to First Book to help in the fight against illiteracy. Inspire a lifetime love of reading!

Congratulations Stacy and check out a video of Stacy explaining how she overcame adversity. You can also make a donation to Stacy’s cause here.
