Alicia Keys, Black Eyed Peas Help Raise $3.3 Million For’s Annual Charity Event


It was all about raising big bucks on Thursday as recruited big name stars to help out with his Los Angeles charity event called TRANS4M.

The Black Eyed Peas superstar had Alicia Keys, the Black Eyed Peas AND Bobby Brown perform at his second annual benefit show and had a star-studded audience present for support.

The event, held at the Avalon Hollywood club, was a big hit raising a whopping $3.3 million dollars. The Black Eyed Peas headlined the show, asking Keys to fill in for Fergie on the hit song Where Is the Love”. British singer Estelle joined the group for The Time (Dirty Bit).

Peas stars and Taboo also took their spots as back-up dancers for singer Bobby Brown as the R&B star sang his hits Every Little Step and Tenderoni.

Also present for the show was rapper Ludacris, who also performed. Keys performed her tracks Try Sleeping With Broken Heart and Girl on Fire for guests including Paris Hilton, MC Hammer and Katt Williams.

The concert proved to be a huge success for and his Foundation, which gathers funds for organizations in his native Boyle Heights in East Los Angeles.
